Looking for an excuse to get outside? We've got you covered! Join us for our new monthly night hikes on the North Country National Scenic Trail. This 4,600 mile trail passes right through Kalkaska County and we should get out and enjoy it!
Meet us near the intersection of Island Lake Road NW and South Island Lake Road NW at 5:30pm for an "out and back" hike that is about 2 miles total.
Registration is helpful but not mandatory. We will hike rain or shine unless severe weather.
This event will count towards the NCTA Hike 100 Challenge. Families are encouraged but no pets please. While we love dogs and they are normally allowed on the trail on a leash, we'd prefer this event be humans only.
