Save the Date for the 2020 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day! Event is limited to Kalkaska County Residents only (proof of residency is required via driver’s license, water bill, tax bill, etc). The 2020 collection event will be by appointment only! This is to streamline the process and make it as contactless as possible due to COVID19 safety concerns. Appointments can be made online or by calling the office at (231) 258-3307.

Accepted items: Fertilizer, pesticides, cleaning solvents, automotive fluids, oil/latex/lead paint, turpentine, mercury, nail polish/remover, pool chemicals, batteries, and MUCH MORE. You name it, our vendor will take it! Check out the flyer of the accepted product for a list of accepted items.
