Looking for an excuse to get outside? We've got you covered! Join us for our returning monthly weeknight evening hikes on the North Country National Scenic Trail (NCT). This 4,600 mile trail passes right through Kalkaska County and we should get out and enjoy it!

Our June hike will begin at NCT mile MI-701 near the intersection of Island Lake Road and Airport Road, on the west end of the Kalkaska County airport. Meet us at at 5:30pm for a 2-3mile ‘out and back’ style hike. This section of trail is easy walking (part 2-track) with very little elevation change.

This event will count towards the NCTA Hike 100 Challenge.
