Tire Round up!

With funding renewed for this event we are now able to host multiple events in 2026!

See the flyer for all dates and additional information is bulleted below:

• Tuesday, August 11, 2026 @ 4pm to 6pm

• Wednesday, August 12, 2026 @ 4pm to 6pm

• Thursday, August 13, 2026 @ 4pm to 6pm

• Saturday, August 15, 2026 @ 9am to 1pm

• All collection windows will be hosted at the former Kalkaska County Recycling Center ( 904 Island Lake Road, Kalkaska, Mi 49646)

• 12 tires per household are permitted to Kalkaska County residents.

• We cannot accept tires larger than 4 feet tall or 12 inches wide.

• Tires will be accepted until 2 semi-trailers are full.

• No commercial business or heavy equipment tires.

• *This date has been rescheduled from June 2026 due to adjusted grant timelines.*
