Winter Sports Workshop
Ever wanted to try cross-country skiing and snowshoeing? Well, now's your chance! We’re partnering with our friends at the Au Sable Institute of Environment Studies for this fun workshop.
Au Sable Institute staff will teach us the basics of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Participants will get to choose their adventure for either activity. Whether you're a pro or just starting out, join us for a super fun time in the snowy outdoors!
If you’d rather focus on learning one skill over the other, that’s perfectly okay. Those who are more experienced will have a chance to split from the main group after introductions and some instruction to explore the trails at their own pace on groomed trails.
This workshop will be free but has limited space due to the hands-on learning environment and equipment limitations. Claim your spot of the 15 available today by filling out the RSVP form below! If you are an experienced skier or someone who is only looking for a refresher and has your own equipment, please indicate so on the RSVP form - this will help us determine the number of instructors needed for the day’s adventure.
