It’s National Pollinator Week! Almost everyone knows that bees are one of our most important pollinators. But did you know that there are about 4,000 species of bees in North America? And of these, 1 in 4 species is at risk of extinction?
Spring is springing all around us and that means the Kalkaska Farmers' Market is getting ready for their Grand Opening for the 2022 season on Tuesday, May 3rd in the Railroad Square Pavilion. The summer Market will occur weekly, every Tuesday from 2-6pm.
